Outdoor plaster can be used on any well cured (28 days) cement or concrete substrate. It can also be used on previously painted surfaces. All surfaces should have a moisture content of less than 5% and be clean and free of any loose flaking materials and dust.
Outdoor plaster will not rectify valleys and ridges and will simply follow the existing wall level.
